Warranty & Returns

Manufacturers warranty applies on new smartfones / new mobile phones and new tablets.

All our used smartfones / mobile phones and tablets we provide a free 10 day returns policy and a 6 months warranty, should the product develop a fault. Please note that this does not include water / liquid damage or smartphone / tablets broken while in your possession. 

Delivery

Orders placed before 12 noon on a working day are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery the same day for guaranteed delivery the following working day before 1:00 pm. Delivery times vary for large orders and busy periods.

Packaging

All new smartphones / mobile phones and tablets ship in original sealed box.

All our used smartphones / used mobile phones and tablets grade A+, A, B and C ship in our own boxes. They're made from 100% recycled card and have space for a cable and a SIM reader opener pin. The smartfone / mobile phone or tablet will be protected in a bubble bag and is sent in a grey pouch through Royal Mail 24/48 tracked signed for delivery.
